Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Managers who work in the automotive servicing business must possess mathematical, computer and reasoning skills. He must have good communication skills as well. Most importantly, he must be familiar with the parts and procedures on how automobiles run. He should be able to analyze and come up with solutions when repairing and maintaining vehicles. He should have excellent managerial and supervisory skills to handle the entire auto service staff.

Working Conditions

Working conditions of an automobile service manager include heavy lifting and performing tasks that may require uncomfortable positions. Although, he is employed in a managerial position, he may sometimes need to fix and maintain automobiles when necessary. He typically works the standard 40 hour a week schedule and overtime may be required to meet deadlines. The noise level may get moderately loud and the tasks involved in the job may include working with grease and dirt.

Uraya Land Development, Inc. is a real estate developer, which was established on March 8, 1994, with a paid-up capital of P50 million.

Its pilot project was undertaken in a 14-hectare subdivision lot in Tagum City. Its second project, Elenita Heights Subdivision is situated in Catalunan Grande and sits on a 50-hectare property with a total of 1,196 units and 1,063 housing units for Phases I and II. In the latter part of 2007, it developed and opened for sale its Elenita Heights Garden villas, which involved an 8.2-hectare property for an additional 319 lots and housing units. It is presently developing the fourth phase of its Elenita Heights Subdivision which is called Elenita Heights Park Villas and involving an additional 220 lots and housing units. Job Description

1. To dispense correct prescription. To read and check carefully the prescription to be dispensed.
2. To record and keep a file of all prescription filled up. Ordinary, DD preparation, precursor and essential chemical, and DD if any. Update record books.
3. To have a record book for selected non-prescription drugs.
4. To submit semi-annual report on wholesale for exempt preparation to DDB.
5. To see to it that we don't sell adulterated, substandard, unregistered, expired and sample drugs or products.
6. To renew BFAD licenses (LTO, PTR, S License).
7. To properly implement rules and regulation issued by BFAD.
8. To handle Senior citizen customers and prepare OSCA price difference form.
9. In-charge of the cleanliness and expiry date of stocks in the prescription counter and in the refrigerator.
10. To conduct bodily inspection on branch manager / asst.branch manager.
11. In the absence of the Branch Manager/Asst.Branch Manager, to assume all their duties and responsibilities including bodily inspection on all personnel and garbage inspection.
12. To do patient counseling. And help in selling during peak hours.
13. To pass a monthly nubain/stadol report to NARCOM/COSAP
14. To pass a semi-aanual report on precursor and essential chemical record to PDEA.

Qualification:

1. Male / Female
2. 20 - 30 years old
3. License Pharmacist
4. With pleasing personality
5. With or Without experience
6. Flexible and can do multitasking
7. Have self driven personality
8. Willing to be assign anywhere.
