Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain and monitor supplies
  • Coordinate with Corporate Office regarding maintenance of facilities and repairs of assets
  • Submit reports on time
  • Coordinate and monitor building security
  • Perform other Admin tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or other related courses
  • With at least 1 year experience in doing clerical and administrative work
  • Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply
  • Must be highly analytical, organized, proactive, and has a keen eye for details
  • Can work with minimum supervision
